Design first.
We begin with the experience and the site, not a catalog.
About KingsPlay
Landscape designers turned play + themed-environment builders.
KingsPlay is a DFW-based design and specialty construction company focused on playgrounds, themed environments, attractions and memorable outdoor spaces.
Where we come from
We started with landscapes. Then we kept pushing further.
Our background is in landscape design, outdoor construction and project delivery. That means we look at a playground or themed environment as more than a piece of equipment dropped onto a site.
We think about the entire place: grading, circulation, planting, hardscape, drainage, structures, materials, visual storytelling, guest experience and how all of those pieces work together.
KingsPlay was created to bring that design-build mindset into custom play and themed environments throughout DFW, Texas and eventually projects across the country.
How we work
Buildable ideas.
Creative concepts are developed with construction, budget and long-term durability in mind.
The right team.
We coordinate engineers, manufacturers, specialty fabricators and skilled trades around the needs of each project.
One environment.
Landscape, play, theming and specialty features should feel like one intentional place.
Built in DFW
Creating the next place people remember.
From a church playground in North Texas to a future destination attraction across the country, the goal stays the same: make the place worth experiencing.
